Okay, so here a few of my predictions/theories for possible endings for our characters. They are more of what I think will happen instead of what I would like to happen.

Dousy:

I actually have a few, but I don't actually have a clear one that I'm most sure of.

The only thing I'm sure of is that they will end up together. That conversation with Mack really solidified it for me.

However I don't know exactly where they'll end up.

One option is that they will rebuild shield, either in this new timeline or in the original one (in both cases shield isn't doing really well) and maybe Daisy will become the director of shield with Sousa as her number two. 

I personally never liked the idea of daisy as director, imo she doesn't fit the role, but they talked about her becoming director a lot so it seems like a viable option.

Option number two is that they'll work for something like SWORD, maybe they'll be recruited by Fury himself.

Option number three is that she will rebuild Afterlife or something of the liked in the original timeline. My problem with her leading afterlife in either of the timelines is that I don't know how Sousa would fit into that, what role he could have. So it's the weaker option.

My last idea is that they would still both be on the field however Daisy would get her own inhuman team of which she is the leader.

One theory for Sousa that I had but I don't anymore because I think he will end up with Daisy would be that they leave Sousa in like 2012 so that he can be the cop from the avengers movies.

However we can still get something with that if the team travels to 2012 during the battle of New York but then leaves

Maybe Daisy and Korra stay in the new timeline/bring korra to the og timeline and take over afterlife together.

I don't know why but I have this strong feeling that she will take Jiaying place in this new timeline and become the leader of afterlife.

With her powers she can really help any new inhuman, she can understand their feelings and help them not only emotionally but she can also train them and help them use their powers.

I have other options of where she could end up but I'm really stuck on this one for some reason.

Coulson

Personally I think he will be shut off while we hear a voice over of the letter he wrote Daisy at the end of season 5

There is a possibility that he will take what Enoch said to heart, make peace with himself being now a robot and keep living so that he can keep an eye on everyone. So that for once he won't have to be the first to go. But personally I would prefer option number one.

Fitzsimmons

I'm actually extremely sure that they will have a happy ending with bbgfs. Regardless if they end up traveling in the zephyr through space or if they end up living in a cottage or teaching at the academy their ending will be a happy one.

Deke

This season I enjoyed Deke SO MUCH, the writing for his character was really good and I'm so sad to say this but I have this feeling that he is going to be the one  who dies.

Probably while doing something good and heroic.

Macklena

I know a lot of people think that Mack is going to die, and I don't know if I'm in denial or what but I personally think that he will retire and he and Elena will start a family, maybe not right away, like they talked about in season 5.

Daisy WILL beat Nathaniel's ass

One theory that I have that however doesn't work for a few different reasons is that the four other people in suits with Jemma at the end of season 6 are actually some of the people of our team and that's why we can't see their faces. This is something that oftentimes happens in time travel stuff so it would be cool.

Not a theory but I hope we get to see Mike and his son happy and together. It's what opened the show and it would be nice to see at the end too.

I'm sure at least one person will stay in the new timeline

I think we'll see some time travel shenanigans, so we'll probably go to an event that we've already experienced.
