Hey guys! How's it going?🙂. . Another shot from this beautiful beach I just can't get enough of. The perfect scenery to enjoy this lovely 12yo triple cask matured Macallan ♥️🥃🌊☀️. . Recognized and admired by the entire sophisticated world of connoisseurs, Macallan remains the expression of single malts that can be judged before all; this unparalleled reputation has been built by the masters of wood and whiskey since the early nineteenth century, more precisely in 1824 when Macallan was legally licensed. The Macallan 12yo Triple Cask is individually matured in European barrels, American oak barrels, Oloroso Sherry and Ex-bourbon, and later combined to create this harmonious specimen with explosive aromas of citrus, vanilla and fresh oak notes. The nose is complex, with delicate notes of vanilla, lemon and melon, the palate is perfectly balanced, with hints of toasted wood and nutmeg. The finish is short, with aromas of papaya, melon, fresh oak and slightly spicy. . This is a very good whisky, though many would argue that it's slightly overpriced. . What do you guys think?
