The film had a disastrous, if not non existent promotional campaign before and during it’s release. Poor box office returns meant no trilogy, just think how good a film with the Dark Judges could have been! Nevertheless we’re here for the Films Score. Leonard-Morgan’s Industrial music is hard hitting and barley takes a breath but when it does like Ma-Ma’s Requiem or the music for the Slo-Mo drug scenes which were apparently slowed by 1000% you get a gentle calm. Heavy guitars and synthesisers are what he used most to create his futuristic score. He intended for the the music to be timeless and that’s what you get. Of course their are 80’s Synth tones throughout but how could there not be. Real instruments were also used and the blend with the synthesisers goes to show thr incredible effort went into creating this soundtrack. Like the Film it’s a great ride.
