Okay, this is it. On the surface, it's a very cute villain chirstmas get together.

But then you realize despite Donald being the warden, most of these guys are from Mickey universe even the lesser known ones [even catnip despite him being more of a bully than a harden criminal) . And for some reason Megavolt is only darkwing villain there.

Then you see Eil having a crush on Clarabelle, which is simply not the case, as he's merely using her.

And also Scuttle pushing Vulter.

Huey would be raided the the beagles.  (A name that could be used is, rubber stamped beagle, or precious boy beagle) would be one of the beagle boys, I imagine Ma’s  favorite. Pretty much the same personality except he would be a lot more devious.

Skipping over to Louie. She would be raised by grump gold. (name being Sharkboy, probably going by SB) same personality. I like to imagine that their dynamic would be, an over-the-top, flamboyant villain and a deadpan apathetic one. But they still would have that familiar and loving family bound. 

Finally dewy. He would be raised by Magica de spell, or more accurately Lena. Him and Lena would have a very strong sibling bond. (parentified older sister and baby younger brother.) yes do we would have magic, (either transportation, healing or something) 

He would have the biggest personality change. He would be a bit more shy and nervous, but underneath he would still have his very adventurous spirit and fun personality. It was just a bit crushed by magica.
