especially when m1k0 and sunflower do because they stretch their tail and wings out when they stretch

the base color doesn't mean anything in particular about them but i imagine that some transformers might attribute the color to specific spiritual meanings

sometimes sparks can shift hues and sometimes they naturally cycle through colors or display as multiple at once! this does not make any spark better than the other but some also attribute vitality to sparks like that.

also here's what i think optimus, ratchet and wheeljack's spark colors are:

optimus' is dual color naturally, meaning it always presents as two colors at once, but any bot can have two or more colors in their spark or shift between hues naturally too! there is also mythos attributed to this trait too, some believing it makes someone grounded or connected to the primes. though this doesn't particularly mean it's true.

also if transformers spark bond with another bot (a special connection done via ritual like conjunx endura or amica endura) their sparks will share hues with a gentle pulse of the color of their amica endura(s) or conjunx endura(s) either as a pulse of the hue at the center of their spark or sometimes a glow of that color on their spark (think like how prismarine blocks in minecraft cycle subtly through colors) subtle enough to notice a brief shift in hue but not enough to completely alter the color permanently.

sometimes a transformer will be born with one color and naturally their spark color will change to another or shift to having two or more extra permanent colors. this is normal. you can even have a rainbow spark LOL.
