When I redid my NSB, I had plans for it to just be me exploring the new University pack (at the time) and it turned into SO MUCH MORE! I can’t believe where these girls have gone in true sim form, the game keeps on surprising me. And it is honestly my happy save and the only save I’ve been playing lately because it is just so incredibly fun. I am so happy to share it with you all and that it can bring you happiness too. How about your She-Ra/Stardew Valley AU (for your question-post)? I've never played the game, but it looks like a lot of fun and I think I'd enjoy it! A She-Ra AU with that game sounds so cute!
Stardew Valley is DELIGHTFUL and I recommend it for anyone who just wants a low-stress good time.
Basic premise is Adora moves from the big city to clean up the farm and hopefully sell it after her grandmother (Razz) dies and leaves it to her. That’s about as far as I’ve gotten, which is why not much of it has been written, unfortunately. Shadow Weaver is the old witch who lives outside of the woods, Catra (her daughter, which no one E V E R talks about) lives down by the lake and is an artist. Various characters have various roles taken from the game:
Town Mayor: Angella
The geologists: Micah and Castaspella
Shop Owner: Scorpia
Ranch Owner/Animal Person: Perfuma
Fisherman/Boat Person: Sea Hawk and Mermista (she’s the best fisher in the entire state, but she just groans if asked about it)
I have other notes written down somewhere about it, but that’s what I remember off the top of my head. The game setting is very magical in a lot of literal ways, so I feel like I could make a conflict out of that somehow (maybe Shadow Weaver is poisoning the land or something), but right now my brain is no thoughts head empty about it.

I was a notoriously picky eater when I was a kid. There was a time, my family loves to remind me, where all I would eat was pasta. So there are a lot of things I’ve grown to like. Asparagus was a shock for me when I learned to like it. I kind of hate all vegetables. And still most of them.

Most wanted TS4 item: I loved World Adventures from Sims 3 and I miss it a lot but I can’t see something like that being created for Sims 4 tbh. An island or resort type pack would be great. I also miss bands. I really thought they could have done that with Get Together or City Living.

Why I created this account: I always created stories with my Sims and I stumbled across other people who were doing the same thing. Not sure where now, maybe Facebook or Insta…I heard about the Simblr community and started following some stories I liked. I lurked for about a year before I decided to bite the bullet and give my own story writing a go. So glad I rediscovered a long dormant hobby. It’s changed my life. ☺️

1. Tell me the story of how you started playing.
I started playing Sims in 2004, when I was about seven years old. I was out shopping with my family when I came across TS2 in a store. I distinctly remember reading the back of the box and being so desperate to try it out. I’m not sure if I actually got the game that day (I was a kid and had to convince someone to buy it for me, lol) but my next memory is loading it up on my aunt’s PC and waiting about a century for all four discs to install. Anyone else remember this mini-game you could play while you waited? 😂
3. Favourite Expansion and Stuff Pack?
It’s hard to choose just one! If I was to pick an EP from each iteration, it’d probably be TS2 FreeTime, TS3 Generations and TS4 Seasons. As for SPs, a few of my favourites are TS2 IKEA Home Stuff and Cool Kitchen/Laundry Day from TS4.
10. Do you play with challenges? If so, which is your favourite?
I’ve tried out a few, but I rarely complete them. My favourite would probably be legacy challenges; I love playing with families and there’s loads of variety out there. I’d also like to try out an apocalypse or history challenge at some point.
11. Do you play with cheats?
Rarely. I might occasionally use cheats if I’m creating a family with a backstory, but I like my regular gameplay to be as challenging as possible.
13. What’s your favourite aspect of the game?
I love watching my Sims grow and develop, preferably with as little guidance from me as possible. Big families are a lot of fun!
14. What’s your favourite world?
It’s a toss up between Appaloosa Plains, Riverview and Brindleton Bay.
17. Who’s your favourite EAxis townie/family?
Probably the Broke family from TS2! I always loved the mystery of the disappearing pool ladder and helping Brandi raise her three kids.
