FM custom M1 software package integrating MoTeC M150, C127, PDM15, E816, EGT8, Lambda Modules, and M&W Pro Drag, dual stage, CDI ignition. The HWB Kit starts off with FM intake modifications that include our CNC machining that un-shrouds the intake air to the intercooler, exposing about 30% more of the core. We also open up the perimeter of the internal casting allowing the use of the KB IC core further providing more flow. We follow by machining off the stock front and rear waternecks for accepting our FM hot water bypass kit as well as converting the core from dual pass to single pass to double the water flow. . Also show are the components of the FM Hot Water Bypass Kit... This consist of 5axis CNC machined front and rear replacement waternecks that bypass the engine's hot coolant away from the intake and a set of oringed 3/8" thick phenolic spacers that isolate the intake manifold from the high heat. Starts off with a KenneBell 4.7L screw supercharger and KB Bigun intercooler core. FM intake modifications that include our CNC machining that un-shrouds the intake to the intercooler exposing about 30% more of the core, allows the use of the KB IC core, machining off the stock front and rear waternecks for accepting our FM hot water bypass kit, converting the core from dual pass to single pass, and in this case a little polishing to dress her up. . Also show is the FM Hot Water Bypass Kit... Seat of Andy's TT GT500 being "dotted up" for laser scanning at FischerMotorsports!!! . We're sharing the design and installation of our Fischer Motorsport's modular roll cage for GT500 / S197 body's into Andy's past GT500 TX mile record holding Shelby. This install will allow his car to legally surpass the 215 mph limit. . This cage is a modular platform, CAD designed off a SFI 25.3 specification suitable for a 3600lb car to run 6.50 1/4mile ET's. It is modular in that the base "Level 1" cage configuration, for the street, can be added onto for progression to a higher level of protection. . Level 1 is a 10pt cage that is fully integrated into the stock chassis and hidden completely behind the factory plastics. All the bars in the floor are hidden under the floor panel and/or are under the stock carpet. The A, B, and C pillar bars are behind the factory plastic panels. There is no shoulder or door bars. This is a cage designed for the street for someone that doesn't want any part of it visible. This is especially nice for the view from drivers perspective. . Level 2 adds door diagonals, shoulder bar, and rear x bar that passes from the roll bar, through the rear seat area, and down to the rear shock mounts. The x bar bolts in and out so the rear seats can be folded up and locked into factory position. The door bars can be welded in, bolt in, or swing out. The shoulder bars can be welded in or bolt in. Everything else is still hidden behind plastic, carpet, or roof liner. . Level 3 adds a bolt in funny car cage, bolt in front upper x bar for the door bars, and hidden front shock tower bars. The upper door bar x, left and right funny car bars, and rear x still unbolt for street use. .
