#luxmon

Luxmon is for all intensive purpose the angel equivalent of an imp in digimon form or perhaps the angelic opposite of an imp as the case may be supposedly so innocent they are incapable of seeing through even a single lie

they also excel at being helpful more than mischievous, they are able to cast a defensive shield that uniquely multiplies in strength when cast alongside other magical shields ( another ability that would be an amazing passive ability in a Story game)

the design is also likely inspired by the little chubby angels that frequently appear in paintings often mistakenly called cherubs but these angel imps are more often called putti, putti are as connected to the Erotes ( Cupid and siblings) as they are other angelic beings. and that is also part of what I mean when I say angelic imp.

really the only flaw here is theres no way to connect them directly to Lucemon, you are telling me Lucemon decided to be an evil little bastard right after digivolving from an In-Training level ( probably cupimon or tokomon) and he skips champion level, ok Digimon.

Piddomon

this angel digimon shares the potential cupid connection and the roughly magenta pop of color. the color similarity makes me believe Luxmon is equally a rookie for both piddomon and angemon.

Angemon

Luxmon is cleverly designed as a perfect rookie level for angemon one that people that think patamon is too different from angemon can really get behind

I might have criticized this if its design didn't do it so well or they gave him a fully visible human face but they stuck to the design principals of early digimon and made an amazing pre-evolution.

Bakemon

not quite living up to it's status as a holy angel this luxmon is too innocent to be corrupted into some kind of demon instead becoming a spooky ghost digimon.

Lobomon

a pure digimon with the light attribute it was the perfect candidate to receive the human spirit of light it has grown into a more solemn warrior forming it's light powers into blades now.

pucchiemon

I don't know how common digimentals are but if you can find a digimental of kindness anywhere it's probably wherever the angelic digimon hangout. Another digimon inspired by putti even deriving its name from them. A more mischievous and love themed fairy like digimon.

Aegiomon

This is Shingo's Tamer card. His partner is Luxmon, his Crest is the Crest of Integrity and his Digivice turns dove gray when activated. The Crest is from here: Digimon Crest Collection
