⭒❃.✮:▹Venus Signs and Neediness ◃:✮.❃⭒
Aquarius & Capricorn Venus signs want to feel needed but don’t ask for attention. They will act aloof when they actually just want their person to tell them how they can’t live without them. This is Saturn at its finest.
Leo & Cancer Venuses love attention and will ask for it. They are the type to straight up demand that you cuddle them. They will return the affection ten fold but love how much you love them. Luminary energy.
Pisces & Sagittarius Venuses are very go with the flow. They don’t necessarily need you all over them, but they like to be around you and have you express that you enjoy their company.
Gemini & Virgo Venus signs love to talk about their day with you. They are expressive and will tell you when they want attention and when they need their space. Can be put off it they think someone is not giving them their full attention when they want it.
Libra & Taurus Venuses love attention, but are low key about it. They will fish for compliments, especially about outfits/aesthetics. They liked to be called pretty but if you compliment their style that’s even better.
Aries & Scorpio Venus signs love to give attention, rather than receive it. They will shower you with affection and compliments and not expect much in return. If you do return it they may blush (Aries) or deflect (Scorpio).
In 1961, after having played with free-jazz luminaries like Sun Ra, Don Cherry, and Billy Higgins, saxophonist Pharoah Sanders found himself homeless, working menial jobs, and sleeping on the subway. Things had gotten so bad that he had to pawn his horn for food. It wasn’t until 1964, when John Coltrane asked Sanders to sit in with his band, that things began to change.

The Mother and the Lover: Moon and Venus in Sacred Dialogue
The heavens have long told the tale of two archetypes who seem to share the same face under different veils. Guardian of tides and memory, the Moon embodies the Mother who nourishes and protects. Venus, star of dawn and evening, wears the mantle of the Beloved whose beauty draws the soul into union. In the sky they are never far in meaning but can be far in dignity.
Moon now walks in Taurus, her exaltation, moving through the second zodiacal house in the phase of dissemination. Venus resides in Cancer, a place where her influence is soft and neutral. Ancient astrologers knew the subtleties of this dance, assessing the strength of the luminaries and the planets by their mythic nature. It is a meeting between two feminine principles that, whilst often conflated, carry different laws of spirit. In Marian devotion they are brought together, since the Virgin is called both Stella Matutina (the pure Venus) and Speculum Iustitiae (the just and perfect) lunar mirror. The Vvardvark and The Frog Luminaries.
Unlike the ones we know, they didn't help Ulfsild in the creation of scribing.
The Vvarvark hopped across Tamriel and was never in a place long enough to talk with.
And The Frog just had no interest.

Do you find that people in your life seem more inclined to reach out around full moons or perhaps that you feel like making more social connections when it’s a full moon?
I’ve always found this. The way I make sense of it, a full moon is the Moon opposite the Sun, so it really puts the luminaries in the ideal position for inspiring back and forth interactions with each other. 🌝🗣️🌞
On a related note, I have observed that the opposition aspect in general has a lot to do with relationships with others. People can tend to seek out in others, the energies of the side of an opposition they don’t feel as personally identified with. It’s a subconscious way of seeking for balance, as you can’t find a balancing point if you can’t fully see the other end! For this reason, oppositions in a natal chart also can tend to show what you’re projecting onto others and what gets projected onto you by others.
The Square is the typically more self-contained (depending which planets are involved!) challenging aspect to me!
Tonight is the *Plutonian* Full Moon in Capricorn with the luminaries at 29° and closing out Cancer season (with this unusual second full moon of the solar season!) ! This is powerful and cathartic energy.
