Mommy dom Lucienne? Say less.
She knows how to push all of Dream's buttons and he has no one to blame for that but himself. She is way too clever and insightful and knows everything about him. She absolutely ruins him in the best way.
We've all seen how good he is at kneeling. Mommy Lucienne has him on his knees and in tears (admittedly that's like 75% of who Dream is) is 0.5 seconds. For all his attitude, deep down that man just wants to be good and be loved.
You cannot convince me the worst punishments are not Lucienne (A) making Dream admit he was wrong and (B) making Dream express some semblance of self-worth.

When it comes to Lucienne, Dream is 100% a willing sub, wanting nothing more than to lay at her feet and be stepped on. He's got all these ideas about the kinds of treatment he deserves. He wants to be chained up and treated roughly, and he would absolutely trust Lucienne to do that for him. In fact, he would thank her for it.
But Lucienne has very different ideas about what her beloved Lord Morpheus deserves. And as she's the one in charge, she gets to choose. She gets to pet him and praise him, and play with him likes he's a treasured and valued toy. She gets to make him be nice to himself. She also gets him doing manual labour in the library, which is more for her own amusement than anything else.
She's everything that Dream needs, although he won't allow himself to admit it. She is kind, and strong. And also she fucks him really hard so that's obviously an excellent bonus!
