These Easter egg fat bombs are a tasty treat that doesn't have any sugar and is great for people on the keto diet. Healthy fats abound in them, and they taste great without making you feel bad.
Ingredients: 1 cup coconut oil. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 cup powdered erythritol. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. Sugar-free mini Easter egg molds.
Instructions: Melt the coconut oil over low heat in a saucepan. Once it's melted, take it off the heat and mix in the vanilla extract, cocoa powder, erythritol powder, and salt with a whisk until the mixture is smooth. Fill up each Easter egg mold about halfway with the mixture. Before you put the chocolate in the molds, freeze them for about 10 minutes. Take them out of the molds and eat!
