I don’t know why I’m here but I do know that I walked here and that I probably spent some time thinking about coming here so I’m just gonna stay here and do what I feel until it comes back to me

Low Si: “lol, How about NO”
High Si vs Ni
Can come one pls help explain how these are actually different? So far all I can really see is that Si is more naturally organised, whereas Ni has to learn it a bit more. And Si tends to be more in touch with their body and who they are?
Then people say Si predicts the future based on the past, whereas Ni predicts it off observed patterns. But isn't that the exact same thing?
They say Si notices small details and Ni does big picture, so is that basically the only practical difference?
The only really difference I can see between Si and Ni is that Ni just gets vibes and can't explain how it works, whereas Si is a pattern/framework that can be explained with some effort.
I'm just curious, because for some reason infj and *stjs can seem the same, but intjs don't seem like *s*js, and infjs don't seem like isfjs and I don't really get it.
And thanks to my lack of understanding, I really don't get why *n*Ps behave like they do when they're stressed.
If this is really all that's different, that's okay, it's just people make out the two are really different, but it looks the same in practice?
Is this caused by Si?
As an ENTP I’m not a very emotional person in general but I tend to store memories and constantly think about them (when listening to a song, when seeing something that reminds me of it...) and I value a lot the past. I read old conversations and I often think about how things used to be, until my life changes in an exciting way, then I let those memories go (I never forget but I kind of move on). It’s worse when it happens with people I care about, when they’re leaving, they change... I’m very attached sometimes and I get emotional. I hate goodbyes, there are one of the few situations in which I can cry in front of people. I also love to collect every paper someone has written to me, cinema tickets, old projects, letters... and I love reading them after a while.
Is this caused by Si? I appreciate comments, explanations...
ENTP Confession Number 5
There is always at least one bruise on my leg from my fights with inanimate objects.

Low Si Confessional
I spent the entirety of the day yesterday looking for my glasses. I found them this morning in the refrigerator.
I just got home and took off all of my clothes and now I’m naked and I don’t remember why.
ENTP Confession Number 4
I haven't made a single post on this blog without making a typo and fixing it an hour or so later.
