Nothing Christmas themed, but just a pastel bedroom which welcomes busy and studious teenagers. It has one computer, one violin, one diary and one bookcase with a cute booknook by the window. The cc used are : bed drapes (sheer will curtains), walls and bull painting.

For this legacy I also built a custom college subhood for the first time, after avoiding it for years lol.
Design credit for the 16 room dorm is @neosimi 's community college lot creation/layout! Having all amentites in one building with a ton of dormies is super convenient and makes for more interesting gameplay.
The hood is mostly deco, the only other functional lots I added were a little student hub strip and an entertainment based lot that I had in my bin from my last custom hood (to save time)!

Parc Du Magnolia ⚜
A perfect place for your sims to honeymoon or have a girls weekend away! The hotel in Magnolia Promenade is mainly known to locals as simply "The Parc" but it still has a lavish reputation. The lobby has a full service reading bar and concierge service. Each suite features a full bath, split living/bed area with mini bar and amenities, as well as an in-room clawfoot bathing nook.
Cafe Le Morceau
Lightly inspired by Cafe Beignet in New Orleans, a small bakery/cafe located in Magnolia Plaza for your sims to purchase a birthday cake or grab a sweet treat with a friend.
One more lot down, 10 more to go! The second to last for Magnolia Promenade, this is Franse's restaurant, Moulin Merveille toy shop, and a small fish market on the side.
The toy shop won't be functional unless I can figure out how to make it function as retail alongside the restaurant, but kiddos can still come and play! The fish market will be functional with Ravasheen's shop chef consumables mod.
