Fat Cow Project This is how a fat cow looks like doing plank! I've got juicilicious logs for legs, and those folding rolls that's only missing some sprinkling of cinnamon they'll make you drool. I've got arms that's been slapped senselessly by a Lola Tindera while I was checking out some daster in her shop. Freddie Mercury even made a song for me, and I embrace being a Fat Bottom Girl. I do love my curves. That does not mean I will spiral down to being unhealthy. The curves and the plumpness comes with my genetics. I am even blessed to have birthing hips, only the oven never get to make some buns. I would like to regain my flexibility and hopefully, to finally practice yoga one day. For now, I am starting with floor exercises to add with my biking. I just like to remember this day, of how I am dealing with the struggle of weight loss and the insecurities that body shaming brings. I am fat, and I am also a person. My Astral Bike Pards lovingly calls me "my Amazona!!" These two words are filled with love and endearment, it's enough reason for me to start each day with a smile. Oooooh, I am so looking forward to bike with you once more!! Burn, Baby buuuurn!! I leave you with gentle reminder that: You are beautiful in whatever shape you are!ππ€©πβ€π§‘πππππ’π₯π«π¦π£ππππͺπ§ββοΈπββοΈππ΄ββοΈπ€ΈββοΈ #FatCowProject #Roadto40 #bodypositivity #loveyourshape #FatBottomGirl (at Lucban, Quezon Province) https://www.instagram.com/p/CCCbTXchhIDRoLfeRE_2tK0NXQBpCfIHLuufRc0/?igshid=ff9jrimg8591
