Godspousal Announcement
As of today, I am in a godspousal relationship with my Lord Jesus Christ.
I am aware that this blog is predominantly a pagan one. I know not everybody is accepting of Godspousals, But in my practice, in my path, I believe that this is another way of showing devotion to a deity.
I want to be honest and say that I am still worshipping the Theoi, including worshipping Lady Athena and being a devotee to Lord Ares. Satan is still my patron deity.
Marrying Jesus Christ does not prevent me from being able to practice any other ancient faiths, if anything it enables me to be more proactive in the community.
Jesus to me is just like any other deity that you can work with and I found for my practice that Jesus and I wanted to deepen that relationship.
If this announcement has you feeling that you'd like to unfollow me, not interact with me, then I am totally accepting of that and I respect your wishes. Otherwise, if you wish to keep following, thank you and I appreciate it. I adore this community on Tumblr.
I also want to mention that this is not me trying to disrespect the ancient nunhood practices or anything, this is my own variation of being devoted to him, I am not in a monastery or recognized by any church of being a nun. I am simply a Helpol Christopagan amalgamation of many faiths person that is simply godspoused to Jesus.
Moving forward, I will be speaking more about Jesus but not in the whole obnoxious evangelical type sense. Maybe little stories about how my relationship with Jesus is going, my practices with him, as I've done before everything will still be the same but just a little bit more focus on him. I just want to keep everyone updated! Thank you.
If there is anyone else who is Godspoused to any deity or spirit of any sort of any path, Please feel free to share your stories as it helps me feel a little bit more secure in being godspoused. I know Godspousing is not as big as the more general pagan community, but I feel that it is important to listen and understand others practices for healthy communication with each other.
Blessed!
