I was able to get 14 quart jars of potatoes pressure canned. Which makes it super easy in the winter for cheesy potatoes, soups, stews, sooo much more. Last year we had over five cases of 12 quarts. Colten planted and grew all the potatoes and Bruce and the boys dug all of them up and I still have a few more bushels to do.
