Check next post to see how it changed.😁😁 I saw these men in my area, I was busy doing something and they passed by and asked if there is work for them? I asked what kind of work? They said they uproot weeds and my father replied, saying that there is no work but I called them back and decided to find work for them and I gave them times two of the money they were meant to be paid, just because they went about asking for work, not actually money. I'm impressed and I believe God is raising young leaders that would put the people before themselves. I learned a lot from them, it's a sad reality and that's where we are in Africa, especially West Africa. We have young people who want to work but the opportunity is far from them. I believe we need to start doing things not just for selfish reasons but for future sake, so there is an opportunity for others to maximize I would always say that leadership is beyond doing things for people, but creating and bring opportunities closer to the people so they can use them in creating things for themselves. I remember, I needed money and few people helped me but a few people actually didn't give me money but they created an opportunity for me to work and make things happen for myself.
