I’m too sexy for anaesthetic 😂😂😂 . Thank god I am home, with a bp 70 over 40 I did not think they were going to let me as my heart was chilling right out and I was enjoying the sleep. So I had to do what I do best get up and move and get my butt outta there. I can’t thank the amazing nurse who looked after me enough from the get go he had me laughing and relaxed. He took the best care of me even though he was rushing around like a headless chicken #loveournurses . I am home now and although dizzy and still groggy from the anaesthetic all is well. Check up will be in a few weeks to see if it’s worked and in 6 weeks I will be able to push my body back to its limits and will be fighting fit again 🙌🏻 . On any fitness journey you will come across set backs, you will have weeks where you won’t go but the most important thing is setting a goal date to get back on track and to always remember TO EASE YOURSELF BACK IN and don’t beat yourself up because you aren’t as fit or as strong as you where when you finished. It is nothing to be ashamed of and if someone judges you tell them to go look at themselves in a mirror because that is one ugly person who judges others in their pursuit to becoming fitter and healthier than before 💪🏻 . I have stopped, started and rebuilt my body over and over again and I know how hard it is but I put a smile on my face and encourage others so they don’t see that in fact I am dying inside because I want to be the best version of myself, I want my body strong each and every time #wegenersgranulomatosis attack’s or I get unwell because I choose to fight for a life that I have been blessed with. .
