🌸 ⁣ ⁣ Catching up on 15 Days Of Choosing Love so I'm combining a couple days here 😘 ⁣ ⁣ 🌸 ⁣ ⁣ What action have you taken today to anchor deeper into your intention? ⁣ Time has been a little warped for me these days, so I'll refer to "today" as "lately". Lately, I've been in such a flow state, every second of every moment of every day. Not being attached to any schedule or time has been essential for me honestly. My intended action lately has been to meditate. Meditate when I wake up and before I go to bed. The moments in between have consisted of dancing barefoot on the wet earth, feeling the sun peeking through the clouds to kiss my skin, drinking my favorite tea (throat comfort) and cacao, watching movies and eating so much popcorn with my beloved, playing with my puppy, watching the beautifully colored clouds shapeshift and pass by, and so many other things, and in between all of those precious moments, I bask in the blissful stillness where presence resides. Every meditation has gifted me a deeper awareness and appreciation for all of those precious moments, thus leading to a deeper presence in that stillness that is at the heart of everything. Meditation has always been my safe place, a place where I merge with the oneness of all life. Where I become one with the Creator. It is a place of Love. And it's ALWAYS there. Waiting for us to show up. Meditation is pretty lit, highly recommend 😂✌️🌻 ⁣ ⁣ 🌸 ⁣ ⁣ If you could give a message to the whole world, what would it be? ⁣ To FIND YOUR CENTER. Especially during this time on Mother Earth. Tap into your safe place. Tune into the VIBRATION of LOVE ❤️ Meditate. Yoga. Dance. Paint. Draw. Run. Hike. Sing. Breathe. Swim. Craft. Sleep. Play. Dig your feet into the soil. Maybe one of these things align with you, maybe none of them do. We're all different. If you don't know how to find your center, connect with gratitude. What are you grateful for right now? When I was 15, I spent a summer in China teaching English to elementary school kids in Beijing. We took a bus to the beach and ended up teaching some classes just feet from the sandy beach of the Yellow Sea. This is Mag. She chose the English name “Meg” but spelled it Mag and liked the sound better because she was 5 years old. One day, our class was on the beach and I asked the students to make something in the sand. Mag’s English wasn’t great, but she said she wanted to show me something she made and it was a surprise (a new word she had just learned). This heart is what she made. I walked over to see it, and she turned to looks at me with a big smile and then pointed at me and said,”For you.” Languages are difficult barriers for people of different cultures, but the idea of love isn’t. Love has its own language.
