I was thinking about a love potion with a fun set of rules earlier. Instead of the " love at first sight potion," the creator can whisper a name (their own or another person's) over the potion so the subject falls for whoever is named.
But if no one is named, the subject becomes lovestruck, brainless, obedient, and slutty for whoever they encounter until the sun comes up the following day, where they fall for the person who is closest to them at sunrise

Expanding on my 'If Voldemort couldn't love because he was born under a love potion then Leta couldn't love either' say that was all BS and being born under a bewitchment doesn't block your ability to make human connections.

What's so important about love other then it motivating people's interests.
Is it that or is Love a powerful energy that fueling magic. Because that alone is a different concept within the story?
Was it Lily Potter's motherly instinct to protect Harry the power? Or her love that mentally fuel her ancient magic to shield him from the killing curse.
Is that the point Dumbledore was making to student Tom Riddle all those years ago? Because Dumbledore himself blocks Grindelwald's curse against Credence thus freeing himself from the blood pack and saying the later. Is it a more powerful fuel that breaks the blood pack? Welding on its own laws outside of the norms?
But young Voldemort had seen things his aged teacher hadn't yet. Even Dumbledore says so.
So which one cancels out the other?
I personally bet on Dumbledore's love is more powerful. Seeing as Leta gave both brothers time to escape, and in the end Harry won.

I went to my childhood ice-cream parlor, I had my favorite flavor, and it still tastes the same, oh my god, I'm gonna cry.
