Patreon vs LoudrFM for Cover Songs?
My iTunes sales for cover songs are nowhere near what they were years ago. It’s unsustainable.
So, I have 2 questions about my cover songs:
1.) Should I use Patreon for them?
2.) Should I keep using LoudrFM/Bandcamp?
The problem is that selling songs for $1 seems silly if people are already supporting me and getting the song via Patreon. And since I don’t own the original song then I can’t do MIDI, sheet music, and anything else. So I’m not sure which rewards I could possibly make for Patreon.
NOTE: eventually I would like to make enough money on Patreon from my new opera BRUSH FORCE so that I don’t have these “creative” problems any more.
