Some ideas for probably, potentially, theoretically Box Vox Valentine merch? I really hope we get some I WILL SPEND ALL MY NONEXISTENT MONEY

Okay, so this is just for fun because I think these two having a million and one ship names is hilarious, so I decided to put them all in one post to 1) have a collective list to refer back to 2) have an actual number of ship names dedicated to these two psychos. Without further ado, here's all the ship names and their dynamics!

Voxal - Everything under the sun, EARLY days shipping, standard ship name

Radiostatic - Official flag ship name, also everything under the sun for them, but also leans more on mutual obsession; whatever their weird rivalry is.

Staticradio - It's just radiostatic but flipped around; still general vibe of whatever the fuck they've got going on.

Radiosilence - One sided pining from Vox, Alastor does not reciprocate.

Onewaybroadcast - Technically just radiosilence, there was once a pull on twitter where fans apparently did vote for this to be the ship name? But oddly, it didn't catch on. Then the Radio Silence book community got really upset we were flooding their tag, so there was a resurgence of trying to push out this ship name as an attempt to detach from their tag... it didn't really work (sorry guys, but that's why we don't put a space in radiosilence!)

Staticsilence - Alastor is the one with the unrequited feelings/obsession and Vox doesn't care for Alastor.

Staticlovetune - Mutual romantic dynamic, fluff, reciprocated feelings, both of them are in love; wholesome couple vibes.

Freakquency - Matching each other's freak, mutual kinky deranged dynamic (like vore).

Murdermedia - Human Alastor and Human Vox specifically. Basically radiostatic but human AU!

Lostmedia - Past radiostatic specifically, before their falling out! So vintage Box Vox! (We'll probably want to put Hazbin in front of it for tagging purposes)

Sparks Duo: This another name for Past radiostatic, in commemoration for the legendary "Sparks" print drop by the amazing @silentzound!

Lostsignal - This one is a little unclear to me if it's the OG-OG designs (little brown munchkin Vox and Zoophobia Alastor) or if it's Pilot versions of radiostatic? I've seen this tag be used for either or.

Cannibalstatic - Human Alastor and Demon Vox AU!

Radiocult - Human Vox aka Vincent Whittman and Demon Alastor AU!

Honorable mention, because I still think its funny:

Radiohead - SPECIFICALLY TV Head Vox x Alastor (though there is a pretty popular musician named Radio Head, so we gotta put Hazbin Radiohead if we want to tag it)

Radiostatic/Staticradio - The Official Ship name and the one most often tagged. Covers all dynamics. The general ship name that everyone uses.

Voxal- Another general ship name to cover all dynamics

Radiosilence/OnewayBroadcast - Unrequited Love/Obsession from Vox for Alastor

Staticsilence - Unrequited Feelings from Alastor for Vox/Vox has gotten over Alastor and Alastor wants his attention back.

StaticLoveTune - Sweet Fluffy Mutual love between Vox and Alastor. Requited Feelings.

Freakquency - Vox and Alastor matching each other’s freak.

(really sorry to all my moots on here that follow me cause of other things and not because of radiostatic/hazbin 😭😭😭 a bunch of posts in a row dedicated to this print i fear it's driving me insane 😭 i'll post about my other fandoms eventually too guys please have faith in me!!!)

the microphone on the piano that sits next to alastor's radio SEEMS TO BE the same one on alastor's desk, and if not, then at least a microphone of similar style. lots and lots of people have theorised about this mic in the past, mainly cause it's relatively more modern compared to mics that were around when alastor was alive.

so this basically implies (or people have taken it to imply) that the mic originally belonged to vox, but he gifted it to alastor and he kept it...with the print reinforcing that idea....

the "love is blind and pathetic" poster in the background. vox is in love and he's pathetic. i've also seen people taking this as "alastor is blind, vox is pathetic", the blind is red and the pathetic is blue.

"unrequited love? call us!" we all know vox is up and calling after getting rejected 😓 i really do want them to outright state at the VERY LEAST that vox was in love with alastor in the past, because they imply it so heavily 😭

not really radiostatic related i just really like how al's piano has his other form engraved into it ahah 🥹 i saw a lot of people implying that since this is HIS piano, it is very likely that they are in HIS personal space. it implies that he invited vox into his personal space just for the sake of being around each other to just drink and play music together 😭

it seems to be the exact one from when he was alive, just with his fuller demon form carved into it!!!! you can see the patterning is pretty similar. the idea of alastor spawning into hell with his piano is really funny to me

i think this is a poster of lilith in the back!! the text sems to read "resistance", so it would make a lot of sense...i also really like the headcanon that vox wasn't JUST using lilith in his campaign to rile charlie up, but also because he genuinely looked up to her and her way of running hell. i like to think that now this is out, he got his whole "resist" slogan from lilith ahah. this also reinforces the idea that he can't come up with an original thought to save his life.

the partners vinyl 🥹🥹🥹🥹 right next to alastor 🥹🥹🥹🥹 oh how i YEARN for radiostatic partnership. almost as much as vox did.

this OTHER poster on the wall practically mirrors their little dance in don't you forget reprise, this could in fact insinuate that they used to dance together too 😭 which would be the reason that they're so natural while dancing together during the song. even though vox is technically making alastor do all that, al DID willingly take vox's hand during the dance, since it's not even bound to anything. maybe it was just instinct for him in a way.

the sheet music is for stayed gone,, you can read in the bottom right corner that this is alastor's line, and you can kind of make out "and here's the sug-ar" , referring to, of course, alastor's line in stayed gone.

i actually have a post here where i was talking about stayed gone. i kind of implied that it was a piece vox started in alastor's style to capture his attention, but this kind of implies that it's a duet that the both of them already know and have already sung together. so now i'm thinking about stayed gone capturing alastor's attention because it's a song that they knew, and therefore he already knew the notes to...

even though it's purely symbolism in the songs, and they're not actually playing the music in most of them, i like to think that now that this is out that stayed gone (or another variation of stayed gone where vox and alastor performed different lyrics with the bgm) is a song that they both know.

i think the stayed gone that we know of is just a reprise, and only they know what the original music/lyrics were.

i've been trying to decipher out the title for ages but i literally can't read it!!!! all i can kind of see is "from" as the first word, but i cannot even pretend to see what the second word is.

(edit : the artist spoke out about the title and confirmed it's just a scribble lmao. someone in the comment section of my post said it looked like "from afar", so in my head that's the title, but there is literally. no title.)

and i really think that they are singing/performing together as well!!!! vox is snapping his fingers, probably to the rhythm, they both look like they're performing some kind of duet.

(i kind of talked about that in one of my other posts too 😭 does this make my headcanon of them knowing a jazz duet together slightly canon oh my god im literally tweaking out)

i think this is a half blue half red broken heart that fit together perfectly to become whole 😭 because they perfectly contrast and contradict each other in every way so together they make up for everything that the other doesn't have.

the piece being titled "sparks" and entailing the literal spark that vox has when he's with alastor (his antennae are lighting up too, which we only ever see when he's displaying immense emotion) , and the light in alastor's eyes when he looks at vox.

has alastor ever been drawn with the little eye highlight 😭 am i going insane i dont ever remember a single time where he was 😭

i also want to preface that EVERY SINGLE DETAIL is 100% canon and intentional in this piece. so while i might be on something rather than onto something, these details are still intentional. everyone go support the lovely artist of this piece, tia, who's an official artist on hazbin but also. a hardcore radiostatic shipper. we stay winning. the only other details that i have outside of the print are the fact that this was posted to tia's official ig story (i THINK ig story) with "thrill of first love" from falsettos in the background, so do with that information what you will.
