Your Sims can directly access the plastic surgery system through Dr. Vu's Body Image Clinic app, or they can use the mirror interaction to check for flaws, which includes a custom animation and allows your Sims to start with the body image-related part of the mod.
If your Sims already know what they want or simply want to undergo surgery, they can directly book an appointment for a before-and-after exam and schedule a consultation with the clinic.
During the consultation, your Sims will be asked about their body goals, what they want to change, and what kind of results they expect. This helps make the process feel more realistic, rather than your Sim undergoing random surgery without any prior preparation. They can also reflect on their insecurities, compare themselves to others, and have special interactions with other Sims based on those insecurities.
The recovery system includes various objects and items for aftercare, such as medications, water, recovery snacks, brochures, emails from the clinic, and other things your Sims might need during their recovery. Your Sims can experience pain, numbness, bandages, compression garments, and recovery enhancements before finally checking their results.
