Within the palace of Las Noches, a black, oval-shaped portal had appeared. Of all the places in the gargantuan-sized building it could've appeared (Or in all of Hueco Mundo, for that matter), it had chosen to silently hang on the wall in the Primera's room.
For Kew, it was a much less peaceful story. As the horrible squawking of 'INTRUDER, GET THE INTRUDER!!' faded in the distance behind him, the devil found himself falling straight down into an inky void. Is- Is this how portals are supposed to work? He figured ya  just hop in, and POOF-- Paradise! Does this portal even have another side? Ohhh Chaos, that would fucking su-- Hey, there's a bright light ahead! Finally! Uh... it sure is coming up fast...
WHOOM!
                              --CRACKAKCRAKCASHHHH!!
The portal spat out a gray blur that proceeded to crash through the opposite wall at around 120 mph, screaming like a baby the entire way. It was only after breaking through several more walls (Leaving perfectly circular-shaped holes in his wake) that he finally slowed down and tumbled to a halt, laying on his chest and doing a fantastic impression of being dead.
Strangely, the devil didn't appear to have any injuries. He had his barrier to thank for that, but... Owwwww... Everything aches, and even though his nose was picking up a powerful soul close by, his legs refused to get behind the idea of getting up, much less running away.
