Lord Leviathan,

Primordial Serpent of the Sea,

In the void and the abyss.

Praise be to you, Lord Leviathan!

Lady/Lord Leviathan is more than just my world but my galaxy! This image represents that well. Although I don’t have specific memories from my past lives with them, I feel such incredible familiarity with them that I can tell we have a long history together. The sense of a long past together is so intense it has recently become overwhelming, in the best way.

Well!

I’ve gone out of my way to reconnect with them recently. And one fun thing we just did today, is scroll on Pinterest together. They helped me pick out a picture that looks like us together! And well, when I was positioning the pic they wanted me to post it to where you can see the artists’ name. “It’s important to credit people for their work,” he said and I agreed. The tumblr and discord profile pics only show a circular cut of the image, so I said “I tried, sorry there’s only so much I can do on that particular aspect.” And, while My Leviathan is very excited with the profile pic regardless, he has suggested I make this post so everyone following e can see the picture in its entirety. My boyfriend had decided to take me earlier in the week. He took up the brunt of the cost which I’m very grateful for. I love aquariums so so much. There’s something about them that normal zoos can’t quite live up to.

Maybe I’m just biased.

I always see and feel Lord Leviathan’s influence when I’m able to see these creatures up close.

They’re so peculiar, so unique to one another. Some are so big, bigger than me even though they are just species that are able to be held within an aquarium healthily. Some are so tiny that I have to crouch down and get close to their enclosure to be able to take in their details. Others don’t have faces, nor the limbs we are used to seeing.

Some have silly expressions, some don’t have eyes.

I could spend a full day at an aquarium, reserving full hours to just staring at them exist. I would soak in their energies, all subtly mixed in with many ocean lords (although of course the one I’m most attuned to is Leviathan’s lol).

Hard Launching a project I’ve been working on for a while: an infernal pantheon oracle deck! It will consist of 81 cards, mostly the ars goetia and a few other miscellaneous, yet important figures within this grouping.

Lord Leviathan is the 9th card I’ve completed in this project, and he has quite the message to go with this imagery, BUT, I’m just giddy to share the art for now! I’ve briefly considered setting up a patreon to share more in depth about how this process is going but for now, I’m happy to share this with y’all!
