The Style Rule For A YouTube Short
A good key rule to have for creating a Youtube Short is to have the video edited in a way it can loop. Most can agree the attention span of most people has become very limited, and one can get very uninterested if the video isn’t engaging. A solution to this problem is fun, expressive editing styles. A good example is food videos. Someone creating the food has to cut the videos to make the cutting, baking, and the speed of said process as easy and quick as possible. Showing the final product at the end is crucial, and maybe biting into it with an overly exaggerated bite sound effect to entice the watcher. This is where the looping factor comes in…remember when I said to have the final part you biting into the food? Put THAT in the beginning, which is the result of the food. At the end of the video show the result of the food again, but NO biting into it, and it should loop rather flawlessly.
