ppl with adhd/autism/other neurodivergence that effects auditory processing:
are loop earplugs worth it?
yes
no
nuance
don’t have but want them
don’t have and don’t want them
bald (but want to push button)
Does anyone here use loop earplugs? Could I come bother you with questions if you do?
another autism tip for anyone who might find it useful: make earrings out of your loop earplugs!
earplugs/earbuds like these tend to fall out for me no matter what size i wear. (that’s why i have “wired” wireless earbuds too lol) so if they’re attached to my ears, i can’t lose them! not only that, but it makes it easier for me to take them on and off as needed without having to put them back into the case every time. yes you can get that loop link thing but. €20? for that? this is way cheaper and way more fashionable
My parents agreed to buying me loop earplugs what is this character development

Loop earplugs are having a sale on their bundles!!!! Some of the bundles are 15% off; some are 25% off -- I'm not sure how long the sale is for? But as of time of posting, it's still active.
I have a couple pairs of these, and they're GREATTT. I have the Experience ones, which I've used for concerts, air travel, and managing to sleep in the same room as someone snoring loudly. They don't block all sound; they just turn the volume down and take the sharp edge off all the noise. You can still hear things like conversations clearly (just: more quietly) but the background noise is reduced. They're really good for when I'm having a sensory-overload day, or if I know I'm going somewhere that's going to be really noisy, like a concert or a market or etc.
I know this sounds like a sales pitch - sorry about that - but given how many people struggle with sound sensitivity, and given how helpful these have been in managing that for me, I'm telling y'all about them even if it makes me sound like some kind of wannabe instagram influencer.
I have been considering getting a pair of loop earplugs, does anyone have experience with them and some thoughts to share?
why do I get 90000 ads for loop earplugs a day when I've bought them and they block out NOTHING?? "Filters sounds"=does nothing. "Complete silence"=blocks maybe 1% of all sound
