Hi! I'm looking for a beta reader for a long slow-burn fanfic based on The Pitt, focused on Michael Robinavitch and Jack Abbot.
The story is an alternate universe where Robby wakes up in a parallel world after a suicide attempt. In this world, the pandemic never happened, Adamson is alive, and alpha/beta/omega dynamics exist.
The story will be heavily focused on emotional recovery, worldbuilding, and a very slow relationship development between Robby and Abbot.
English is not my first language, so I'm mainly looking for help with grammar, wording, and making the dialogue sound natural.

These are three Oc-centered Au:
1) Title: Mha: Lights in Darkness
Synopsis: "I don't know what kept me alive that day.... what I do know is that I will have no mercy on him, not after what he did."
30 years after the advent of the former Symbol of Peace, a new generation of heroes is beginning to make its way into society. But the flame of villains, then dormant, begins again to become a huge fire that threatens to burn and demolish everything that has been built so far.
New dangers loom on the horizon and shadowy figures plot in the shadows, ready to turn the fortunes of all humanity upside down, throwing the world into chaos, but someone will be ready to stop them or at least die in the attempt...
This story tells about the adventures of Marshall, a young boy, whose dream was to become a Pro-Hero despite being an orphan and a vagrant, thus considered a reject of society. However, one bad day he witnesses the murder of his best friend, also considered the only family he ever had, a traumatic event that awakens something in him that until that moment everyone believed he did not possess, his quirk.
Why did this happen? Who was that man and what did he have to do with them? Why did no Hero intervene to save them and thus prevent this event from happening?
Thus begins his vigilante crusade, in which he will try to find the answers to these questions and take revenge on those responsible, while stopping a conspiracy that threatens to plunge the whole of Japan into chaos.
2) Title: Mha: Ravenslayer
Synopsis: "May the gods have mercy on them.....for I will have none!
Hero, Villain? In a world so full of extraordinary powers and personalities, what meaning do these words take on? Well I'm certainly not going to be the one to find out, after all, I've never been one of those fools who questions the meaning of life or other such crap..... no, I crave more concrete things...I'm here to answer for the crimes committed by those who desecrate values like justice and humanity.... and what I do know, is that out there those who proclaim themselves saviors and heroes do not deserve to boast of such titles, and I'll be ready to prove it.......So let them prepare themselves, for my justice will be swift...."
Instead, this story recounts the adventures of Aiden Pierce, an American boy who, following the murder of his parents on his fourth birthday and the incompetence of the Heroes, is left to watch as they are brutally tortured and killed.
Filled with anger and resentment, the boy is approached by the head of a mysterious organization dedicated to purging evil from society and downsizing the role of the Heroes, who have become too negligent and corrupt. It will then be up to it to restore order, delving into a world that is not exactly what it seems. A world of shadows and intrigue as he sheds light on the mystery surrounding his own organization and, more importantly, something about himself.
3) Title: Mha: Minefield
Synopsis: "When the situation gets pretty scorching...he is the one they call to throw himself into hell."
The Commission, the agency that deals with the relationship between the Heroes and the society itself, as well as maintaining the delicate balance in it and investigating any criminal cases.
He, on the other hand, is known as Spectre, a black ops agent who works for the same and moves in a world of shadows, pushing right into territories where even the Heroes wouldn't dare set foot.
What if someone were to tell you that the Commission isn't as limpid as they would have you believe? What if he himself had to come to terms with all the lies and secrets that it carries with it, finding himself adrift in a sea of intrigues hatched by it?
I need for someone to exchange ideas with, who can act as a sounding board, with whom I can talk about the characters, the plot, the narrative arcs and everything that falls into these categories.
I've had ideas on and off for the decade span in between Inquisition and Veilguard, and since Veilguard delivered on exactly none of what I was anticipating I think now is a good time to try and do a version of it myself.
I'm a newbie fanfiction writer. I only wrote fanfiction in my teens. But I've been writing for myself for about 16 years, on and off.
This means the usual pitfalls of having not really had much in the way of feedback during that time and being largely self-taught.
My weaknesses are in plot structure, pacing and general cohesiveness. I'm great at individual scenes, but not really at stringing it all together. I often benefit from having someone to bounce ideas off of, and 'rubber duck' a solution.
Obviously I'm also open to feedback on my writing itself, but I don't think it's where my greatest need is. I think my writing is pretty solid, with some really good bits here and there when the wind's blowing right.
Here's the pitch:
Inquisition gives us a wide range of story possibilities. The Inquisitor is set up as the nexus of politics in Thedas and interacts with a lot of fun characters, which is great for roleplay and character development.
But the villain of Inquisition has nothing whatsoever to do with the protagonist. At most, he's in opposition to an Elven Inquisitor simply by being an old racist tyrant.
Dragon Age 2 set up a really interesting conflict between Mages and Templars, only to have it swept under the rug by a larger threat (a pattern later repeated in Veilguard...)
What if the antagonist of Inquisition was a genuine foil to the Inquisitor?
Sybil is a former Circle mage who fled her tower after its annulment and stumbled upon the Orb of power seemingly by chance. Having lost her faith in the Chantry, she sets out to rebuild it anew, as a force for true purpose and order in the world, like Andraste first intended...
Though her motives are not as selfless as she wishes they were.
Fiori is the Dalish First of Lavellan, who was there at the Conclave and survived alongside Sybil. She was the first to emerge, with the mark on her hand which seals Rifts. Yet Sybil can raise the dead and comes wrapped in the mantle of a prophet. Fiori must navigate this world of Chantry politics to maintain her own survival and hopefully win some influence and power for herself.
Sybil is the clear antagonist, so we have something of an 'evil Inquisitor' set up. Imagine if the protagonist had to wrestle control of the organisation from a despot after Cassandra chose poorly- Or was forced to choose.
Eventually, if I manage to, I want to move on to Trespasser-era and beyond. But this is my starting point. I figure people might be up for a remix of the original story this far along past the original release date.
If anyone is up for helping me out with structure and wrangling this beast into a story, the change of genre between game and 'book', give me a ring!
Ps. It's also Solavellan. Eventually. Some Solas POV scattered in there, mostly Fiori POV and a bit of Sybil to build mystery.

The plot twist is that the Earth in MHA completely replaces the Earth in VLD, and on Earth, the Blue Lion has been replaced by the Green Lion.
The story begins with Midoriya, Bakugo, Aizawa, Lady Nagant, and my OC Sam fleeing from the Galra battleship on the Green Lion.

У Цуцумі Кайни зараз в голові була тільки одна думка, а саме "ЯКОГО БІСА?!" Що грало на постійному реаліті. Що, насправді, було доволі виправдано, зважаючи на ситуацію.
"Яку саме?" Спитаєте ви. Ну що ж… в це буде доволі складно повірити. Вона, троє підлітків, двоє з яких безквіркові, та вчитель з UA дуже швидко віддаляються від Землі на величезному, зеленому, роботизованому леві, яким керує один з безквіркових підлітків.
Цей самий лев щойно серйозно ушкодив ще більший інопланетний корабель-лінкор, який тепер гнався за ними.
Ще раніше, в той самий день, ті ж самі безквіркові підлітки допомогли їй втекти з ТарТару… дуже незаконним шляхом… і добились вилучення з HPSC її особової справи… законним шляхом… шантажуючи HPSC через директора UA. Зелений хлопець також сказав що його мама зможе добитись її виправдання, якщо Комісія висуне звинувачення.
Як і було сказано раніше, в це складно повірити.
І, можливо, разом із думкою "ЯКОГО БІСА?!" В неї в голові грало "Teenagers scare the livin' shit out of me", здається, вона колись чула таку пісню…

В Айзави Шоута в голові крутилася лише одна думка "Не треба було виключати зі школи цілий клас…". Чому? Бо двоє проблемних дітей, за якими його змусив наглядати Незу, напівзаконним шляхом знайшли колишнього, офіційно мертвого про-героя, який чомусь був у найохороняємій в'язниці світу, витягли цього героя з цієї в'язниці, просто тому що могли. А тепер він з цим колишнім про-героєм, цими дітьми та найкращим другом одного з цих дітей, віддаляються від Землі на величезному роботизованому леві, яким керує один з цих проблемних дітей.
Він навіть не сумнівається що йому ніхто не повірить…
Навіть Незу, який, якимось чином, все ще може до нього додзвонитися…

Бакуго Кацукі точно знав як він опинився в цьому лайні. В якому лайні? Цей бісів Деку, знайшов якогось роботизованого лева, на тупому звалищі Дагоба, і цей лев зараз ніс його, цього їбаного Деку, та трьох тупих статистів від Землі. Тож так він опинився у лайні. Повному лайні. І все через того тупого Деку!

Сем була абсолютно впевнена що такої ситуації не могло трапитись. Але якби їй давали цент що разу коли траплялось щось, в чому вона була абсолютно впевнена що це не станеться, в неї було б чотири центи, що не багато, але дивно що це відбулося вже чотири рази…
Вона не хотіла пояснювати що сталось у перші три…
Якщо чесно, вона не хотіла пояснювати і в цей раз, але ось ми тут. На величезному бежевому меха-леві… можливо не бежевому. Тест на дальтонізм вона так і не пройшла… віддаляємось від Землі, після того як цей лев відволік на себе увагу космічного корабля-лінкору, який явно збирався вторгнутися на Землю. З ще одним таким самим як вона дефектним підлітком, який керує цим левом, його найкращим другом, про-героєм що виглядає як безхатько, та колишнім про-героєм, якого вона та той безквірковий підліток що керує мехом дістали з тюрми… витративши всі гроші її сім'ї на підкуп охорони тієї тюрми…
Чудово. Просто чудово…
Якби ще хтось заткнув цього скаженого померана, який кричав в неї над вухом, було б їй було б набагато краще…

Мідорія Ізуку мав приблизно мільярд і одну купу думок з приводу ситуації у якій він зараз був…
По-перше: До вступного іспиту в UA було ще одинадцять місяців, а він був у найнеможливішій, можливо незаконній, ситуації яку тільки міг уявити…
По-друге: Тут був ще один безквірковий підліток…
По-третє: Тут були не один, а ДВА про-герої…
По-четверте: Каччан точно його вб'є.
По-п'яте: Його мама точно похоронить Альдеру в судових позовах, якщо він сьогодні не повернеться до дому
По-шосте: Гігантський зелений роботизований лев, яким він зараз керував, встановив з ним ментальний зв'язок…
По-сьоме: Схоже що існує інопланетна раса що хоче вторгнутися на Землю…
По-восьме: За ними летів лінкор тої інопланетної раси…
Що ж в Мідорії Ізуку було не так багато думок як йому здавалось, але і цього вистачало щоб викликати в його голові повний хаос…
"ДЕКУ, БЛЯХА, ЗРОБИТИ ЩОСЬ!!!" Кричав на нього Каччан, наче це могло змінити ситуацію. Лев казав Мідорії щоб той просто продовжував рухатись.
А ще лев каже що викинув би Каччана у відкритий космос, якби не обставини.
Попереду показалось щось схоже на рамку алхімічного кола, в середині якої був чорний ефір. Хоча космос сам по собі був чорним ефіром, але той що у колі був ще чорнішим. З іншого боку йому могло це просто здаватись бо зовнішня сторона кола світилась значно сильніше внутрішньої. Лев казав летіти прямо в те коло…
"Хух… алхімія?" Сказала Сем дивлячись уперед на… червоточену? Неначе намагалась себе відволікти. "Що робитимемо?" Спитала вона у Мідорії.
"Лев каже летіти в те коло…" відповів Ізуку.
"ТИ ЩО, БЛЯХА, ЗНУЩАЄШСЯ?!" У відповідь на це прогримів Каччан, активувавши свій квірк. Сем ніяк не відреагувала, незважаючи на те що одна з рук Каччана лежала в неї на плечі. Якби не червоні кросівки Сем та той самий огидно-знайомий запах опіку, яким просмерділа шкільна форма Ізуку, він би подумав що у Сем є якийсь квірк вогнестійкості.
"Тоді летимо." Відповів Ейресерхеад, активувавши свій квірк на Каччані.
Коли лев влетів у червоточену все затрусилось від сильного та різкого прискорення, але це зупинилось так само швидко як і почалося. Коли вони вийшли з червоточени то опинились біля екзопланети з водою у явно рідкому стані.
"Воу, наші вчені в преквірк ері відстань до таких планет оцінювалась в світових віках…" сказала Сем з цікавістю.
"Ми вилетіли з землі десь пів години тому!" З захопленням підхопив Мідорія. Навіть не звернувши уваги що червоточина закрилась, але помітивши що інопланетного лінкора вже нема.
Потім вони помітили рингтон телефону Ейресерхеада. Ейресерхеад виглядав так ніби знав хто дзвонить і не хотів відповідати. Якщо чесно, Мідорія думав що єдиний хто не знав того хто дзвонить це Бакуго. Але навіть Бакуго зі своєю необізнаністю міг би поступово скласти два і два…
"Ми приземлемось і я відповім…" виснажено сказав Айзава-сан. Мідорія пілотував лева в тому напрямку, в якому лев хотів летіти і дуже скоро вони побачили величний футуристичний замок.
"Лев хоче приземлитись там" сказав Мідорія вказуючи на подвір'я замку.
"Рухайся обережно, малий." Сказала Леді Наган десь позаду. Мідорія послухався, дуже обережно опускаючи лева на землю. Коли мех надійно стояв на поверхні він самостійно опустив свою голову, розгорнувши місток для виходу.
Тільки зараз Мідорія усвідомив наскільки все що сталось безповоротно…
