I’m extremely lucky in that I have an insane metabolism and years of sports has caused my body to be what it is now. I occasionally do core exercises in my apartment and still play basketball when I can. So to answer honestly...metabolism, estradiol, and Taco Bell (the estrogen sends the Taco Bell to my hips and ass 😝) . When did I know I was transgender: I knew who I was when I was around 5 but didn’t know terminology and that I wasn’t alone so I distracted myself with sports and religion and conformed to what society said I had to be. . What age did you transition: I started hormones at the end of 2011 and began living my truth in July of 2012 (I was 30) . Hopefully you learned a little! I openly share my journey to educate those who honestly want to know more and be better allies, to encourage others to live their truth, and to inspire all of you to live fuller, happier lives.
