I can't even tell you how nice it was just to get outdoors and breathe. We did a zig-zag of the local park (loops get boring), said hello to some other dogs, and Loki fertilized lots of daffodils. 🌻💦 I had toyed with going for a girly walk tomorrow, but as much as I would love to, I need to turn my attention to my next assignment- evidence based practice. 😫

I had my study buddy with me today though to keep me motivated. 🐶 I made a start on my poster, looking at pain management in palliative care. Hoping to get it finished in the next couple of days, just gotta stay motivated. 🤓

This was a few weeks back now (I've since dyed my hair for the first time!) but it was such a lovely day with the girls.

I'd honestly forgotten how good I feel after a day in the hills, so definitely planning on doing a few more. Also starting to get a plan together for The East Highland Way trip with my family. Got to stick it out this time, which means more training and better eating. 💪
