Ingek73 found this newly converted loft in the Amsterdam. It’s in the former Jewish Lyceum, has 2 bds., possibly 3, and is listed for € 1,995,000 ($ 2.065M).
Love a good remodel!

Cool top floor loft in a converted 14th century building in La Roche sur Foron, France. It’s one bd., w/a balcony for € 289,000 or $295,115. The sleeping loft overlooks the living are that’s done in bright cheery color.
Plenty of shelving.
The kitchen is huge. Love the shiny cabinetry.
Beamed loft with a skylight and large storage area.
This is really nice for $295K.
Glass doors on the balcony let in lots of light and look at the view.

Artist Sarah’s fabulous loft home & studio in Oakland, California.
I love a lot of the unique elements in this textile warehouse conversion in Argentina. This is the entrance foyer with exposed brick walls.
The kitchen gets so much light, b/c a wall of glass that opens to a terrace lines one entire side of it.
The kitchen is combined with the living room, so the family can interact together.
The living room furniture runs the gamut from modern, to rustic, to a deconstructed sofa.
In order to make the bedroom private, and not block the living room’s natural light, the architect used a colored glass wall that is clear in the middle.
What I love, is that the patinated walls were left untouched. Isn’t this cozy?
The glass provides some privacy and separation for the bedroom, while letting the light flow.
The bath is a large 2-room space separating the sink and storage from the toilet and shower.
The long narrow terrace has enough room for a bistro set, or a chaise and chairs- it also has a great view of Buenos Aires. There’s also a storage cabinet that must come in handy, as well.

This creepy old space was an abandoned swim coaching center in Marsailles, France, when someone bought it and transformed it into a tropical loft. Look at it now.
The clear blue pool is now the centerpiece of a gorgeous home.
Isn’t this beautiful?
It’s like living outdoors, on a never ending vacation.
The bedroom and bath are in a private area.
Lush indoor gardens. This is fabulous.
