Worked like a charm and Jack’s ready to fly :)

Mock-up done and locktite it into place with #locktite 620 Looks good and works well. Left a gap for pocket lint to by flushed out so the pin does not take up all the space in the milled out pocket. Don’t know if this would be necessary as this is slightly unknown territory for me. The design does give me confidence in terms of preventing accidental overextension of the lock bar.
