Tahini poppy seed pound cake by King Arthur Baking.
Easy to put together pound cake, just keep adding things to the mixing bowl and pour and bake in the end. The tahini and cream cheese gives a nice flavor, not too strong. Interesting to add sesame seed to the outside by sticking it to the greased pan.

Last week we bought a couple of new bread pans - the lidded “Pullman” design, which also work just fine with lids off.
After a couple of experimental bakes to form an opinion, @dduane posted a write-up on how they behave. In short, very well indeed. Getting one (well, two) was a sound move; we recommend it to any home breadmaker.

Two amber glass loaf pans with different back stamps. This is the typical Fire King style with the slightly curved handles.
One back stamp is “Anchor Hocking Fire King oven-proof. Made in USA. 1 qt.” And has the 441 model number on it.
The other backstop reads “Oven and microwave safe. USA. Anchor Hocking. Holds 1 QT or 1L. 5x9 in.” It has the anchor logo on it.
Fire King was thrifted, Anchor Hocking was from FB Market.
Brown sugar, oats, chia seeds, and flax seeds are used to make this simple orange cake, which is baked in a loaf pan. For added flavor, orange juice and zest are both used.
These tasty muffins are low in fat, but downright yummy. As banana compensates for the texture of fat, no butter, oil or egg yolks are used in this recipe. Chocolate chips make these muffins extra special.
