I forgot to share last night, but my elliptical finally came! It definitely uses muscles I’m not used to using, so I was struggling near the end. I can’t wait to see improvements 😁

Currently meal prepping some breakfast muffins, hopefully this will help me to stop skipping breakfast 😅

So far this week is kicking my ass. Work is not going good, half of my team is out sick so we just can’t keep up. I’ve been exhausted everyday I get home and just haven’t had the energy to workout. I have hit my water goal 2 days in a row, and gotten all the steps, so that’s something I suppose!

This weekend was kinda a roller coaster. Friday I was talking to my little brother and he was just worn out and feeling really down, so I let him come stay here for the weekend to get away. It was a lot of fun, we went to dinner and walked around the mall and just caught up. Friday night we found out my sister and step dad both tested positive for Covid, and then by Saturday afternoon he had started to feel a little rough. Just a headache, scratchy throat, no energy. Sunday after work I took him home, and he also tested positive. So safe to say I’ve been spending all day cleaning and sanitizing the best I could. He feels so bad :( Here’s to hoping I don’t get sick, I can’t afford to miss work right now
