Not too long ago, two strangers collided while running in the foyer of their university. By fate, they went onto tie the knot with each other. After an year of struggle and the quest for balance, they decided to embark on the fruitful journey of Umrah Pilgrimage. Leaving all planning to ALLAH and doing what was in power, we left to seek the much needed sukoon. Once there, you soon realize that, indeed, you are in control of your Niyat (Intention) and all else just follows. We took this picture on the last day of our stay in Makkah, a Friday. We had planned to do a Tawaaf that day. I am a bit scared of the crowd push inside the Kaaba'h (as I am, by nature, scared of crowds). We looked down from the rooftop, and it was not much crowded at that time. We proceeded with the Friday prayer and after the prayer, proceeded back to our hotel. We decided to come back in the evening and perform the Tawaaf after Asr as we had already done an Umrah a day before. Why this picture? We took this as a memory to show the power of intention. It was this very moment when we looked at the Mata'af and intended to pray the two Nawafil inside the Kaabah. And so it happened, that during the Tawaaf that day, our intention was answered.
