Does anyone else here like live albums? I grew up in a pretty strict, religious household. Going to live shows was tough for me to manage as a teenager, so I lived vicariously through live albums. My first were AC/DC's "Live" and Slayer's "Decade of Aggression." That led to live releases from Metallica, Type O Negative, and Misfits soon thereafter. If it's a band the albums of which I am heavily invested, a well-produced live album can be transformative in how I enjoy their music. Here are some that have captured my attention over the years: 🤘 AC/DC - Live Black Label Society - Alcohol Fueled Brutality Live!! + 5 Metallica - Binge & Purge Type O Negative - The Origin of the Feces (simulated live) Misfits - Evilive Samhain Live 85-86 Alice In Chains - Live Ozzy Osbourne - Live at Budokan Black Sabbath - Live at Last Slayer - Decade of Aggression Prong - 100% Live Satyricon - Live at the Opera 🤘 What's your favorite live album? 💀
