11.3.2020. Annotating my copy of John Milton's A Masque Presented at Ludlow Castle (or Comus as it's popularly called). I prefer to write notes on the margins as I'm reading, instead of separately in a notebook. This way I know the exact lines that inspire an idea or thought and I can reference it directly instead of going back and looking up the lines. I reserve proper note taking for lectures.
