Like, I see a lot of common traits in fictional characters I love as well and that’s nice and all, but I’m still?? Me?? My own person??? Ugh. It’s possible to love a character, you know? Thinking you are that character and claiming it just goes too far in my book.

I get where the double standard critique is coming from but I do not agree wit hit. After all, there are a lot of (post-modern) artists who state that they’re anti capitalist and they make art in which they show their critique on society, still they don’t get all the tumblr shit banksy is getting now.  I don’t understand why Banksy gets shunned for that while it’s a theme that reappears in the work of many contemporary artists (who also charge for their exhibitions). Also, Banksy is not merely a street artist who does graffiti but he’s clearly moved on from that. Together with that, it’s a collabarative project with many other (very high profile) artists such as Damien Hirst so of course they’re going to charge money (and the area is really big they have to rent that as well). And from what I’ve seen, the artworks look like fun and I’d really like to go and check them out they look amazing. I’ve always liked Banksy’s stuff and I’m open for critiques and stuff but this to me seems like a typical lash out on tumblr

Down Syndrom or not, don't hit children. If he's too aggressive, he shouldn't even be allowed out without someone to keep a better eye on him. Because that woman in the back is doing jackshit about it
