They are oil based and like all of our other products we do not add emulsions or binders so they are extremely lightweight, moisturising and avoid causing allergies. Packed with colour you only need a drop for full coverage. We recommend using one of our pencils to line to prevent feathering and bleeding. Designed for theatrical and editorial work they will transfer and not stain. Tubes should be stored upright to avoid oil escape.
