ok ok concept for my au/rewrite thing. ivypool being a minnowmouse kit over in riverclan with dovewing being a lioncinder kit in thunderclan.
lionblaze and cinderheart getting together in their shared grief for hollyleaf and it ending in a pregnancy. cinder is nervous but excited while lion is horrified by the idea of being a parent at this point in his life. he has a very complicated relationship with his birth and foster mothers. he’s torn between needing and their support but not knowing how to adjust to the change in the dynamic. he wants what their family used to be and he can’t bring himself to accept the change.
minnowtail finding out she’s expecting after the leafcrow scandal and panic ensues between these young parents too. they don’t want their kits to go through what the three did. so they decided to be outright with their clans and kits about it. firestar grows a couple extra gray hairs at this announcement. a stressed leopardstar tries to hide it while onestar and blackstar clown on firestar for his clan being filled with cats shitting on the code.
i like the parallel between the three being raised in a traditional family and being oblivious to the secret. while ivypool has always been aware of her heritage and watches her young single mother struggle under the weight of riverclan’s scrutiny while trying desperately to protect her only daughter. it’s an interesting idea i think.
shipping lioncinder, hollycinder (slash cinderholly) and jaycinder (is that the ship name-) simultaneously is pretty funny to me because it’s funny to imagine all of the three having a crush on cinderheart-

lioncinder, tigerdove (my hc version), leafbramble (where either bramble isn’t an asshole or he ends up stopping being an asshole) and fallenholly (,,, is an nb/f (i hc holly as a demigirl and fallen as u h idr the name but a xenogender-) relationship straight-).

 A ship I have with said character: I like HollyCinder and LionCinder and can’t choose one tbh.
 A BROTP I have with said character: If she’s not dating Lionblaze then def. Berrynose, she’s also good friends with Lionblaze if that’s the case. She’s also probably close with Fallen Leaves (I like FallenHollyCinder and like the idea that Holly brought Fallen to the Clan with her and Cinder could see him due to being Cinderpelt’s reincarnation; they’re really close!).
 A NOTP I have with said character: When I was looking for ships for her for one of my AUs someone suggested Whitewing. I understand suggesting Whitewing for a ship for Squilf or Leafpool or someone in that age range but for Cinderheart?
 A random headcanon: If she’s with Holly, then after her death, she’s really close to Berrynose and Lionblaze’s kits, who were found abandoned outside of camp/were Heathertail and Lionblaze’s kits who Heather didn’t want.
 General Opinion over said character: I really like her!! As much as I like Squilf being deputy, I think that she also could’ve been a good choice due to a few reasons: 1. Bramble was likely close to Cinderpelt, 2. she’d have herb experience and 3. she’d just be a general good deputy. She’s really motherly imo!
