I’ve grown a liking to this underrated opening through the past year; I think it deserves a little more praise than it usually gets.

*Levi and Petra with a dying soldier, Levi tries to comfort him before he dies and asks her about it. Petra assures him he did*

Me: "Oh, they're cute, shippable 🤍"

*Petra telling Eren about Levi not being what people think he is*

Me: "Ooh, she tells the main character about him, even more shippable 🤍"

*Petra approaches Levi after Eren fails to transform*

Me: "OMG, she approached him to comfort him after the main character failed at something important, so shippable 🤍"

*Levi stops to look at Petra's corpse*

Me: "OMFG he stopped to look at her, so freaking heartbreaking 😭😭😭 (and shippable 🤍)"

*Levi takes Petra's patch, but later decides to give it to Dieter saying it's his dead friend Ivan's to comfort him*

Me: "Geez, can this shit get anymore shippable???? 😭😭😭"

*Levi stares as Petra's body is thrown out the cart*

Me: "Holy shit, it can 😭😭😭"

*Petra's father approaches Levi and tells him she wants to devote herself to him but she's too young to marry*

Me: "IT FUCKING CAN!!!!😩😩😩"
