Yesterday, before I fell asleep, I started reading a book called The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck by Mark Manson (itās been in my drawer for too long and Iāve realized that I havenāt read for myself for so long and I missed it) and Iām barely halfway because I fell asleep but I really learned a lot and he mentioned about howĀ āgiving a fuckā doesnāt actually mean being indifferent, but rather only giving a fuck by the things that are important to you. Like your goals in life, your family, your best friends, and basically the entities that make you feel alive and going. He also mentioned about how, when you wish for something, youāre already acknowledging that you are lacking that thing and, therefore, youāre making yourself feel even more miserable from not having it because you already know that you donāt have it. Anyways, he mentioned a couple more things and the book has a lot of profanities which I didnāt like at first bcs I retain more information from books by reading them out loud but then I realized I didnāt give a damn fkjdkjf Iām gonna try to get further on it today!Ā
Send me aĀ š» and Iāll tell you whatever I want!!
