This is really long (since I'm a lilithian myself) so I'll be kind of rambling in here and hope it makes sense.

This depends on the elements and the sign of your ascendant and Lilith but the general idea for ASC-Lilith in Opposition in a birth chart is that people tends to wholeheartedly rejects the individual’s existence and easily dismiss them (from what I observe in ASC-Lilith in general). It might not show up at first especially if you humble yourself to not be a threat to others, but once you become very secure in yourself and owning that power, you’d be bound to meet people who feel inferior by your presence and with some goes very far to villainize you and try to make you inferior. People could feel you’re dangerous and there is a sense of people wanting to provoke you just because they can. The opposition makes me think of the fact you reject your own Lilith side as well, at least growing up. 

 What I notice with this placement in general is that they have a lot of secret enemies who want their crown. The presence of this native forces people to reflect back on their personal feelings and insecurities as well as their idea of ‘confidence’. People will criticize you a lot, but it is important you do not waver or give in to the sayings, but rather improve on your own terms. People will go out of their way to humble you, try to make you feel inferior for existing, disrespecting your origins (I also believe that as much as wherever Lilith resides and the planet it touches, it is also where the natives feel very vulnerable but could be trying to hide it). People will try to imitate you, good or bad, idolize you and put you on a pedestal, and in some cases, only see you as a trophy to show off as if to rub in someone’s face that they really got you, and might not see the humanity side of these natives at all. You could be very influential to those around you as well. You’re the idle they want to be but only if you perform for them. 

 You could be hearing a lot that you come off as too much, that you’re too intense, too scary, people already paint you the narrative as someone who is difficult to be around as you are prone to having gossips spread around you, and it could be from the smallest incident such as you refusing to do unreasonable tasks. You could be dealing with authorities that would not take you seriously just because you’re not a ‘presentable’ candidate they look for. Throughout your life, you could be asked constantly to not give people ‘wrong signals’ or ‘act like that’, but the stronger the established boundaries are, the less you’d be hearing about them. You do have to be very comfortable about the fact you’d have a ‘reputation’ and will not be perceived gently by everybody. Your general life lesson is that you use that power to build a circle of people who accept your intensity and the rawness that lies inside of you without letting people’s inferiority hold you back.
