#lilith notes

As many of you know, I’m currently studying Lilith (h13 on astro.com) very in depth and gathering information and experiences from others. I wanted to thank everyone so much who has been supporting and helping me. I’m still working on the mass-post (it might need to be split into multiple parts.)

I wanted to share some things I’m noticing:

- Lilith is often compared to Pluto because of the intensity. However, Pluto seems to be more subtle and calculating like a chess master. While Lilith is more instinctual and sudden, so logic does not apply when it comes to Lilith

- In Synastry, whether romantic or friendship: If Lilith is in a fixed sign (Taurus, Scorpio, Aquarius, Leo) - obsession can be next-level and too much to handle.

- Lilith can manifest in insatiable desire but it can also manifest in absolute repulsion. If your personal planets are on someone’s Lilith and they don’t have many Lilith aspects in their natal chart, that energy might turn into “I can’t stand you.” However, I noticed that typically it’s more obsession.

- Lilith in a man’s/masculine individual’s chart has still been showing that Lilith is the person he can not resist. It’s the person who he would leave everything behind for. In several of the stories and some experiences shared, when the man is Lilith he can not get over the planet person. Especially if it’s Venus, it makes things so much more difficult.

- Lilith in a woman’s/feminine individual’s chart has been showing up that she either becomes obsessed over or she becomes the obsessive one. It can really be an either-or thing in that case.

- In some cases, I’m not sure why, house overlays almost don’t even apply to Lilith. Because it is such a raw, knee-jerking kind of energy it can manifest however it wants.

Her obsession with reproduction comes directly from this. Her title of ‘baby killer’ and ‘harlot’ are directly given by the Catholic Church. Desire to have one of her own- impossible thanks to Michael- led her to fuck a lot of people. When that didn’t work she would take children away from parents who didn’t watch them. Stories of ‘don’t go into that wood- the monster will get you and never give you back’ came from exactly that. 

And can you imagine the heartbreak- complete and absolute- when those precious babies inevitably die? They are not meant to be in the woods taken from human parents. Sometimes she would try to give them back when it was clear she was hurting them- fuck the desperation of that I can’t begin to describe- only to find their parents hurting them. Trying to give them back to the forest. Changeling babe now. What does that mean? Why won’t they take their baby back? Screaming cause it wants you. Pick it up. Pick it up. PICK IT UP!!

Lilith acquired many infants over the years. Loving each one. Refusing to part with them who died in her care. Kept their clothes. Kept their trinkets. Kept their bodies. Rumors perpetuated by this. Imagine wandering into the forest and coming across an infant graveyard with bones everywhere...- is that a shrine? What kind of unholy-

It isn’t. It was taken that way because they didn’t understand. So now, not only can she not procreate, not only can she not care for the infants she takes, now- no child will even come near her.
