      popping  up  at  nora  and  nevaeh's  place  ,  tristan  didn't  even  knock  as  he  let  himself  in  .  sure  ,  nora  and  tristan  had  the  type  of  relationship  where  they  could  be  best  buddies  one  second  and  then  want  to  rip  each  others  heads  off  in  the  next  but  that  didn't  take  away  the  open  door  policy  in  tristan's  mind  .  besides  ,  it  was  nevaeh's  place  too  and  if  there  was  one  person  he  know  would  𝐃𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐘  let  him  in  no  questions  asked  ,  it'd  be  her  .           ⏤           ❛      honey  ,  i'm  home  !      ❜         tristan  yelled  out  ,  making  himself  known  so  he  wouldn't  be  attacked  by  two  small  femmes  .  he  may  have  been  bigger  than  them  but  . . .           (      he  knew  how  mighty  they  could  be  . . .      )           a  power  to  𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑  second  guess  .  it  probably  helped  that  he'd  been  knocked  upside  the  head  many  times  in  his  life  .  before  he  could  head  over  to  nora's  room  to  drag  them  out  .  he  smelt  something  being  baked  in  the  kitchen  .  eyebrows  perked  up  as  he  made  his  way  there  instead  .  seeing  nevaeh  ,  he  walked  over  leaning  over  and  picking  up  one  of  the  unfinished  homemade  cupcakes  .  balancing  the  batter  in  the  liner  despite  the  few  cupcakes that  had  already  come  out  of  the  oven  .  dipping  his  finger  into  the  batter  and  licking  it  off  his  finger  as  he  leaned  against  the  counter  .          ❛      did  you  know  i  was  coming  ?  always  looking  out  for  me  .     ❜         he  teased  .

                     even  if  everything  that  happened  at  the  festival  𝐖𝐀𝐒𝐍'𝐓  necessarily  her  fault  . . .  she  found  a  way  to  blame  herself  for  all  of  it  .  not  only  did  she  feel  like  she  owed  charlie  an  apology  but  she  also  felt  like  she  owed  her  ex  an  apology  as  well  .  thinking  if  it  wasn't  for  her  ,  they  wouldn't  have  been  fighting  in  the  first  place  .  not  to  mention  ,  the  tiny  of  it  all  .  they  were  together  ,          (     to  luciana's  shock  ,     )         but  that  didn't  change  the  fact  that  they  were  together  .  and  she  was  the  reason  that  their  relationship  ,  their  coming  out  was  𝐓𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐃  .  something  ,  that  in  her  head  should've  been  a  sweet  moment  for  a  couple  was  utterly  destroyed  .          ⏤           as  the  door  opened  ,  luci  greeted  the  other  with  a  soft  smile  .          ❛      hey  charlie  ,     ❜          her  voice  softer  than  the  usual  softness  it  already  possessed  .  a  way  of  showing  that  she  came  in  𝐏𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐄  .          ❛      can  i  come  in  ?  i  brought  coffee  .     ❜          she  smiled  ,  holding  up  two  large  coffees  from  starbucks  .

                   knocking  on  the  door  ,  charlie  was  one  of  the  few  people  that  greyson  really  knew  in  new  york  .  usually  keeping  to  himself  most  of  the  time  .  it  made  it  DIFFICULT  to  really  get  to  know  anyone  ,  truly  .  greyson  usually  being  the  type  that  you  would've  had  to  know  for  years  to  really  connect  to  in  the  first  place  because  of  how  he  . . .  was  .  but  charlie  was  someone  that  he  did  MANAGE  to  get  along  with  pretty  quickly  .  they  both  seemed  to  share  the  same  distain  with  the  world  . . .           (      or  at  least  ,  that's  how  it  seemed  .     )          ⏤          once  the  door  opened  ,  greyson  reached  over  and  gave  the  other  males  shoulder  a  pat  .           ❛      remind  me  again  why  i  agreed  to  go  to  a  music  festival  ?  feel  like  it  drained  the  life  out  of  me  .     ❜

"do you think anyone noticed that i screwed up a few of the lyrics in my opening song?" simone knew that all in all, she had a pretty good set. she hit all her marks, kept her energy up and did great crowd work - but she knew that it wasn't perfect. however, she didn't like to be too hard on herself, and tended to laugh off her mistakes rather than dwell on them. the last thing that nigel wanted was to be considered a negative nancy or debby downer, but being dragged outside and forced to socialize was something he absolutely hated. his introverted nature made it damn near impossible for him to actually enjoy large crowds of people, and he would have much rather stayed inside that day. of course he loved music, and there were quite a few performers that would be performing that he enjoyed, but his desire to see them was outweighed by his desire to stay at home. but of course, arlo wouldn't let him know peace if it was the last thing he did.
