Initial perplexity is swift to morph into amusement that lures a chuckle from his throat, chin slowly dipping. A hand darts out to snap around Allison's neck, pull her closer to erase any last potential of her missing the sharp glare he chides her with. Sure, she may keep stabbing him— it won't do much.
