Prolouge

Everything changed when the Heavenly Principals fell. They were bested by someone they didn't really see coming. Someone who Asmoday has kept here against the Principals' wishes.

She's swift as the winds, strong as rock with the strike of lightening. She's soft like the petals of a flower, gentle like the waves on a beach, and warm as the flickering embers of a fire in the night. Her determination is sharp as ice.

She is not from Teyvat. Then again, everyone who had controlled it were Decenders like her. Nibelung, the Heavenly Principals. Irminsul has, supposedly, accepted her. It was nearly instantaneous, not like how it had been apprehensive with the Principals.

She's good to the Archons, too. She gives them more freedom to speak of their experiences, more freedom to interact with the people, more freedom to assist in conflicts that may arise. More freedom to help people like her, who the archons couldn't help.

I don't know what the Shades are up to, and I probably never will. They never did speak to the Archons, and I only heard the voice of one once. That was during my creation. I wonder if, since they are creations of the Heavenly Principals, they fled with them. If that was the case, the one now in charge would have much more on her plate.

Ah, wait, I never did mention her name did I? My apologies, dear reader! it's just, you see, I was sure my skills would name both me and the one to replace the Principals!

I am Barbatos, the Anemo Archon, though commonly I am know as Venti the Bard. A traveling man, bringing song and wind wherever I go.

And I'm by now you can guess who took over? I'll give you a hint, you know her more then you know anyone else. Oh, wait, I'm actually wrong there! I'd say you know more about the Archon War than you'd know about her.

Her, being Lumine. The Traveler. The First Sage of Buer. The Executioner of the Hydro Sovereign. The Witness-Turned-High-God of Teyvat.

None of these titles are all that important to our story. In reality, this is all background!

Our story actually starts with a piece of The Shade of Space's soul and the daughter of a mage of the Hexenzirkel.

In all seriousness though, welcome to my dumb little idea!

This is a series that happens a few years POST GAME. All the events of Genshin have happened. Everything past Nod-Krai events is just my idea of how I'd like stuff to go. If you're seeing this when Snezhnaya has come out of past that, this is most likely WILDLY inaccurate.

This series stars Paimon and Klee, but a slightly older version of them! They're both teens (Paimon is about 15 while Klee is 17), however they're both chaotic little gremlins.

Because Lumine is busy doing... whatever she has to do as replacement Heavenly Principals, Paimon has been mostly staying on Mondstadt. In this AU, she is a piece of Asmoday, the Shade that trapped the twins on Teyvat originally. She doesn't need a vision because she has some of her own energy (kinda like Skirk or Columbina). Hers mimics Anemo. (She was a little mad about this at first) Her main weapon is a one-handed sword just like the traveler and that's as far as I'll described how she works. If she was in-game though she'd be a support/sub DPS.

Klee is the same as in-game, just a little bigger! She's learning more complex spells from her mother! (Paimon learns a few too, but these are rudimentary ones that are easy for anybody.)

Here, they are both Knights of Favonious! They're ranked higher. They work independently and only receive orders from Jean or Varka. These two are the ones you'll see traveling to other nations if they need help. Little tanks of mass destruction, these two are.
