Penguin, in a cage, demands to speak to the person in charge. Edward Nygma is in the cage beside him, and they stare at each other in stunned silence. Penguin tries to grab him but can’t, and they continue to stare.

The Executioner, formerly Captain Barnes, is led from his cell. The Mad Hatter  watches as he tears the guards apart, and then a member of the Court of Owls drugs him and loads him into a truck under the Hatter’s watchful eye.  When Barnes wakes up, he’s with Katherine, who says that they need his talents as the Executioner but on a larger scale. That means they’ll need his blood, and a lot of it. When Hugo Strange steps into Barnes’ line of sight, he has a giant needle at the ready.
