ARCH∧BES(アークビス)のリネンウォバッシュラウンドカラーワークシャツです。 大変珍しい麻製のウォバッシュ（※）生地用い、麻素材独特のの吸湿性と速乾性は初夏の時期にぴったりな商品です。 20世紀初頭のシャツに多い小丸のラウンドカラーヴィンテージワークシャツのディテールを基本に高級ドレスシャツの仕立ての仕様を合わせる事により、カジュアル感と上品さ両立した大人のワークシャツです。 （※）ウォバッシュは、縦横共にインディゴ染めされた糸で織られた生地に白いドットがストライプ状にプリントされた生地です。 当時のワークウェアメーカーや、シアーズ、モンゴメリーワードなどのカタログやブックレットに、デニムなどと並んで必ず登場しています。　 プリントの柄は、ドットのほかに、星、犬の足跡、錨柄、花柄、円など多様で、生地の種類も　薄手のキャラコ、中厚のドリルなどがありました。 また、インディゴ染め以外の生地にもプリントされていました。 近年、日本のレプリカメーカーがこぞって生地の再現を試みています。 【特徴】 ・ 麻100％のウォバッシュ（※）生地。 柄はストライプと細かいドットの2種類。 ・衿は今世紀初頭のシャツに多く見られた小丸の衿、台衿はチンストラップ付きというクラシカルなディテール。 ・テーラーメイドシャツのパターンを基にし運動量を考慮した高めの位置のスプリットヨークと後ろ身頃背中心のクラッシックなギャザー、 ハンガーループもありトラッドなデザインと機能を兼ね備えた仕様です。 ・ヨークと裾のガゼットには別柄を使用。 ・裾が振らし仕様のヴィンテージシャツのディテールを採用、タックイン時には シルエットが崩れず、タックアウト時にはアクセントになります。 ・袖のカッティングはジャケット同様の腕の可動域を考慮したやや前振りの2枚袖仕様。 袖口のクラシカルなギャザーが運動性と ヴィンテージスタイルを両立しています。 ・極細の３〜４ｍｍ巾1本針折伏せ縫いと1インチあたり25針という最高クラスのドレスシャツの仕様の白く細かいステッチは美しさと丈夫を兼ね備えます。 ・芯には高級シャツに使用されるフラシ芯を使用、洗う度にフィットし、形状を保ちます。 ・天然貝製のキャツアイ（猫目）ボタン ・胸ポケットの内側にオリジナルのユニオンチケット(Don’t Copyの記載あり)。 ・ミルスペックラベルをモチーフにしたアイテムラベル。 ・納品時にはミリタリー納入品をイメージしたスペシャルＢＯＸに入れて 　お届けします。 2柄展開 日本製。 Lightning 2019年６月号掲載商品。 https://archbes.official.ec/items/21104467 ARCH ∧ BES (Ark bis) linen Wabash round color work shirt. When @lightningjapan asked to photograph me in my favorite vintage piece, my first instinct was to pull out my rarest, most special piece. Then I thought about the question - what is my favorite vintage piece? Is it the piece that is tucked away in my closet that I only pull out to admire once and a while? Or is it the piece I wear everyday, my workhorse? I went with the latter - my trusty vintage Brooks Brothers oxford cloth shirt in blue. What makes it my favorite? Well, it looks good with everything, it’s comfortable as hell, and they don’t make them like they used too. I don’t put on this shirt to impress anyone. I just like it. That’s why it’s my favorite.
