With only half of his vision, G’raha stumbles through the Cotes Ward to make his way to the home that Tsuru mentioned. Finding the property wasn’t easy; though, with the help of friendly people, G’raha finds himself standing at the pathway leading up to her doorstep.
The gardens she cultivated over her stay overflow with bountiful beauty. While she may be from the east, her affection for nature rivals a Gridanian. He cautiously makes his way up the path, only to stop halfway. G’raha knows he can heal himself with his own magicks, yet using his own aether to heal himself works differently than casting a healing spell on himself.
“Come now,” G’raha whispers, “you need her.” With his own words of encouragement, he approaches the door. He raps at the entrance with the end of the staff. G’raha tries to look pleasant with a smile when she opens the door. Yet, half of his face is covered with dry blood, and the wound remains open and continuously oozes maroon plasma over his brow. While the pain isn’t terrible, the irritation bothers him. His eye has been muddled with blood for the last half hour, and it has swelled up from the affliction. Overall, G’raha Tia feels more discomfort than agony.
When the door finally opens, G’raha opens his mouth to greet her usually, “Ah, ‘tis good to see you, Tsuru. Pardon my intrusion, but I find myself in need of help.”
